About the event
In this second event of our 2022 concert series, Music at the Advent, we present Songs from Parlor and Pew, a concert of popular songs and hymns from the 19th and 20th centuries that trace our musical heritage from the founding of the Advent Church in 1849. This lively event features Susan Bender, soprano, and Jeffery Watson, pianist, and will include singalong participation. The concert will be followed by an ice cream social and tour of the historic site. Free to the public, no tickets required.
